Supports Rural Students Through NIE Education Initiative

The Lions Club Bhusawal has undertaken an educational initiative to ensure that students in rural areas get access to quality reading material and are not deprived of educational opportunities due to financial difficulties. Under this initiative, the Friday Special – NIE Education special edition of Sakal newspaper will be provided throughout the year to 7 schools in rural villages through annual subscriptions. The initiative aims to enhance students’ knowledge and encourage the habit of reading by providing them with information on general knowledge, current affairs, science, technology, careers, and various educational topics beyond their regular school curriculum. To make this initiative successful, the Lions Club Bhusawal, along with some of its members who have personally contributed donations, has taken the responsibility of providing the NIE Education special edition to these schools for the entire year. The initiative reflects the Club’s commitment to ensuring that no rural student is deprived of knowledge and learning opportunities because of financial circumstances.
