Vision

The patient’s blood pressure was checked during the pre-operative assessment before surgery. The blood pressure reading was documented in the hospital records and the patient was evaluated by the medical team prior to the planned surgical procedure. Further management and clearance for surgery were advised as per the treating doctor’s assessment.
