Inauguration of Kidney Dialysis Centre a permanent project

Lions Club of Parbhani Prince, in association with Lions Club of Parbhani Rising Women and with the support of Lions Aadhar Foundation, successfully inaugurated a Kidney Dialysis Centre at Parbhani ICU & Trauma Care, Doctor Lane, Parbhani, on 17 September 2026. The centre was inaugurated by Hon. Smt. Meghna Didi Bordikar-Sakore, Minister of State for Public Health and Guardian Minister of Parbhani, in the presence of Ln Sunil Vohra, PMCC and Ln Dilip Modi, PMCC & MD-GST. Speaking on the occasion, Hon. Smt. Meghna Didi Bordikar-Sakore appreciated the initiative and stated that providing modern dialysis facilities through Lions Clubs and healthcare institutions is a valuable contribution towards strengthening healthcare services for citizens. Ln Dilip Modi appreciated the continuous social-service projects undertaken by Lions Club of Parbhani Prince and congratulated both Lions Club of Parbhani Prince and Lions Club of Parbhani Rising Women for adding the dialysis centre to their service initiatives. The new centre has been established with the objective of providing accessible and modern dialysis services to kidney patients in Parbhani and surrounding areas. The initiative will help patients receive regular treatment closer to their homes and reduce the difficulties associated with travelling long distances for dialysis. Ashok Soni, Ln Vasantrao Dhadve, Ln Dr Shrikant Maniyar, Ln Pravin Dhadve, Ln Priya Thakur, Ln Vishal Wattamwar, Ln Kamalkishor Agrawal and Ln Vijay Kucheria, along with Lions members and well-wishers. Programme Coordination: The programme was compered by Ln Dr Neha Bhakkad, while the vote of thanks was proposed by Ln Dr Pravin Dhadve. Members Who Contributed to the Success of the Project: Ln Dr Vitthal Ghule, Ln Sanket Agrawal, Ln Dr Atmaram Puri, Ln Suresh Bais, Ln Shubham Kale and Ln Mayur Bhale made valuable efforts for the successful organisation of the programme.
