Eco friendly Ganpati Idol Making Workshop

An eco-friendly initiative was organized by Lions Club Nandurbar Femina at Balasaheb Thackeray Secondary School, Shejva (Taluka & District Nandurbar), on September 2, 2026. During the event, Lion Ragini Patil delivered a lecture inspiring the audience to nurture and protect the environment. Additionally, under the *Mangalmurti Workshop* initiative, students received training in making Ganesha idols. Professor Nilesh Kolpkar served as the instructor and taught the students a simple method for creating "eco-friendly Shri Ganesha idols." He also urged the students to install the clay idols they had crafted themselves at home and to perform the immersion within their own homes.
